تم تعيين السيد محمد البشير، عضو "هيئة تحرير الشام"، بشكل رسمي عن تشكيل حكومة تصريف أعمال بعد سقوط بشار الأسد. مشيرا إلى أنها ستكون "حكومة مؤقتة" للتعامل مع الوضع الراهن.
